When will I receive my tickets and in what format?
Your tickets will be delivered as QR-coded PDFs by email, 72 hours before your scheduled match.
Will our seats be together if we purchase more than one?
Yes. Any purchase of two or more tickets in the same category and date guarantees side-by-side seating.
What happens if the match is postponed or cancelled?
You’ll be notified by email. You may transfer to the rescheduled date or opt for a full refund—your choice.
Is there a purchase limit per order?
Up to 8 tickets can be purchased per transaction. For larger groups, contact us directly and we’ll coordinate additional seating.
